Does item Quality matter, will a 97% qua helm have less imbue points than a MP helm?

Higher quality items absolutely have more imbue points.

As far as costs tailor is cheapest, the rest are pretty expensive.

Actual costs are going to vary pretty wildly depending on RNG or what items you use to level.

Generally speaking tailor will cost about 3-4p and the rest are closer to 10p to LGM if I remember correctly.

Alch can be 20+, but with the phoenix tear crafting here it may lower some costs I believe.

WC and AC are very spendy also.

Took me around roughly 12p to LGM WC and get fletch, tailor, and AC to 600ish
